Brian MacMahon was born in Limerick in 1955.
Brian studied at Limerick School of Art Limerick School of Art under Jack Donovan 1974-1979. He is a rigorous and intense painter and is renowned for his richly coloured, heavily worked canvases of Landscape, Still Life and Figurative subjects.
Brian has exhibited both in Ireland and Internationally.
